We want you to love ordering from us and do it with confidence. Here is our general Returns Policy for our items, with some exceptions as noted below.
We have a 30 day Return Policy, excluding a few items listed below. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Due to the nature of these items, there are no refunds or returns on:
Intimate or sanitary goods
Discovery Shoppe Jewelry
Gift Cards and eGift Cards
Downloadable software products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (merchandise packaging, not shipping packaging).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns, credit, and exchange values are based on the merchandise price as listed on the order, taxes and shipping are not refunded.
To return an item you must notify us by a friendly email within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date of your order, and we will assist you with your return. [Grouchy emails are unnecessary as we want to make it right and make you happy. Grouchy emails may only qualify for our 80% Grouch Store Credit!!!]
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Artisan Jewelry Returns: Due to the unique and individual nature of our items we do not issue refunds. However, we offer an extensive repair period and in addition, if you encounter an unexpected issue such as color, size, etc., we can arrange a store credit with you. You must notify us by a friendly email within 2 weeks of the delivery confirmation date of your order.
Artisan Jewelry Repairs: In the unlikely chance that you need a repair on an item within one year of the purchase date please let us know by email and we will arrange with you to repair the item at no charge, unless the damage was caused by misuse or accident, and not normal wear. Include your order number and date of purchase in the email. You pay for shipping to us and we’ll pay to ship it back. Please use a trackable service and insure your item, we are not responsible if we don’t receive it.
If a repair is needed after one year we will evaluate the repair and give you an estimate of the repair cost. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the credit card with which you originally paid (this may not show up for one to two billing cycles on your credit card depending on when in the cycle the refund is issued), or a store credit will be issued within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item you must notify us by a friendly email within 2 weeks of the delivery confirmation date of your order, and we will assist you with your return. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards:
Gift Cards and eGift Cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or receive remaining balances as cash.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please use a trackable shipping service and insure your item, we are not responsible if we don’t receive it.
We will not accept returns or exchanges sent COD.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
